Gerald Sirotnak is a highly driven and accomplished political strategist and organizer with a deep understanding of grassroots to statewide politics. He excels at developing robust strategies that make a real impact. Currently, Gerald serves as the Executive Director of the San Diego Republican Party.
Previously, Gerald was the California Director of the Leadership Institute, overseeing the training of politicos across California. He also managed Ken Calvert’s congressional campaign, a seven-figure race that secured a majority in the House for the Republican Party. In 2022, he played a critical role in Greg Wallis’ Assembly race, successfully flipping a vital seat back to the GOP. Gerald’s expertise was sought in 10 other races across California, resulting in 9 additional conservative victories.

Nicolette Mangubat, a local small business owner and skilled marketing strategist, is currently the Political Communications Director for the Republican Party of San Diego County, and responsible for heading RPSDC’s volunteer efforts.
Nicolette built her expertise and reputation in online media marketing over the course of a 17-year entertainment career while developing a business to help companies navigate the evolving online media buying market. Besides consulting in the B2C business market, as well as marketing for public companies, her most recent notable achievements include leading successful political marketing campaigns for local judicial races in 2022 and 2024, underscoring her suitability for her current role. Her top skills include fundraising, community outreach, media buying and social media consulting.
Nicolette is also active in community service, being a member of Las Primeras, a South County all women-run charity founded in 1950. She was recently appointed by Chula Vista Mayor John McCann to the Arts, Culture & Design Committee for the Port of San Diego, showcasing her commitment to public service and community development.

Destiny Garcia is a young patriot, a senior at San Diego State University and currently the Director of Membership for the Republican Party of San Diego County.
Destiny is San Diego State University’s Turning Point USA Vice President. She is also the President of Turning Point San Diego Activism Hub where many San Diego County Chapters collaborate to host activism events.
Destiny started out with the Republican Party of San Diego County as a high school student intern where she gained political experience and insight to the behind-the-scenes operation functions. Furthermore, Destiny works closely with the Leadership Institute where she participates in many trainings and conferences to increase knowledge and leadership skills. Destiny also participates in Leadership Institute’s Christian Leader and Campus Ambassador programs.
Destiny is active in the community supporting LAPA’s (Latino American Political Association) annual golf tournament fundraisers raising funds for charitable causes. She volunteers with a local Scuttlebutt to celebrate the annual Marine Corps Birthday Ball and helps campaign in local races.

Logan Thomas is a hardworking and committed professional, with a deep understanding of grassroots programs and community outreach. Currently, Logan serves as Field Director with the Republican Party of San Diego County.
Previously Logan has worked for public affairs firms, working on coalition management, outreach, policy research, and ballot measure campaigns. Logan began in the summer of 2022 before his senior year of college as an intern assisting in coalition development. After 11 months in the fellow program and receiving his BA in Public Relations, Logan began running and managing his own coalitions.
Logan’s background in public speaking and community engagement are some of his top skills and have been vital in the success of his previous campaigns. Logan assists in many charity events including the Girls on the Run annual fundraiser, Second Harvest Food Bank, and participating in the Pat Tillman foundation’s annual fundraiser.

As a San Diego native, Don has over 20 years of professional experience working in government relations, communications, public affairs, and public policy. Don has worked for five elected officials and three nonprofit organizations where he has gained professional of experience of housing, homelessness, and economic development.
Don has a passion for international affairs and protocol and giving back to the community by volunteering at various programs including Mama’s Kitchen and the San Diego Food Bank. He is a graduate of San Diego State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

As a senior at the University of California, San Diego, she is majoring in political theory while pursuing a pre-medicine track. Beyond her academic pursuits, Nicole plays an active role with World Relief Southern California, a non-profit organization that assists immigrants and refugees in transitioning to new lives in San Diego. Through her work, she provides essential support, helping individuals build a strong foundation for success in their new communities.
